A great night from The Damned! The support from The Nightingales were an added bonus! Loads of energy and attitude from both bands! Loved it!

The Damned, Komedia Bath, Bath - 28th June 2019
Went along to the Damned at Rock City to bring back some great memories, saw them back in the day and they have always been "THE BEST PUNK BAND" ever to me!! Pogoing with all the other 50 something's (and some youngsters!) trying to stop me glasses flying off!! Obviously being a Nottingham lad Rock City has to be the best venue in the country! one little gripe though - why cant the venue clarify when the main act is due on stage on the gig guide? I've been to see a number of bands there recently and the time always varies, sometimes the headliner comes on at 8pm sometimes 8.30pm and case in point here 9pm with a 11 curfew! It said on the ticket doors at 6.30 when RC didn't actually open up till 7.30pm! Just think it would be good to know to allow to to organise your time better! Great gig though - here's to the Captain, the man in black and all those aching old boys!!
