Our Carer ticket process has changed. Please read the below before booking your tickets.
If you are eligible for a carer ticket, please select the ticket type (GENERAL ADMISSION + CARER) and complete the booking. Once done, you will need to send proof of eligibility to enquiries@waddesdon.org.uk
We accept the following proof:
If you have purchased a Blue Badge or Carer Ticket you need to submit your proof of eligibility to enquiries@waddesdon.org.uk If our customer service team do not receive your proof of eligibility within 7 days of booking your carer ticket will be cancelled.
We have a limited amount of blue badge parking close to the event entrance. If you require a space and would like information on where to find them, please email enquiries@waddesdon.org.uk Closer to the time, we will be in touch to provide information on where the blue badge spaces are located. Please note, spaces are limited and fill up on a first-come first-served basis.
Closer to the event we will email lead bookers with all the details you need. The event entrance will be a short distance from our blue badge parking. For those that require it, we have a fast-track disabled queue – look out for signage on the day or ask a member of staff.
We will have a designated area for accessible viewing so you can enjoy all the action on the stage. This will be signposted at the event.
We will have wheelchair accessible toilets in the main toilet block, close to the stage and Accessible viewing area. These will be signposted at the event.
There is no readmission after entry.
There will be no seating provided at the concerts. Small foldable camping chairs and picnic rugs are permitted.
We don’t allow food and drink from outside to be brought in, with the exception of food for medical reasons. There will be access to free drinking water. You are welcome to bring 1 x 500ml reusable sealed plastic bottle of water (or an empty reusable cup) per person. No glass bottles.
We work closely with our vendors to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for. However, due to the external catering environment we are unable to guarantee allergen- free food. Meals may be produced in the same kitchens as dishes containing other allergens and there is a risk that traces of these allergens could be present. Allergens will be detailed on the menus at each vendor. If you have any immediate queries please email the team at enquiries@waddesdon.org.uk A full list of our food traders will be available closer to the event.
Due to our event licensing, the under 25 challenge policy applies. Customers should be expected to be challenged if under 25 and to provide the appropriate form of identification.
Please note we are NOT a food and drink establishment, so an adult cannot purchase drinks for those under 17 years old or on behalf of them. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to 18+ with the appropriate form of ID.
This event is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. No children under 12 years of age will be permitted entry. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. All attendees must have a prebooked standard admission ticket. We cannot issue refunds to under 16s who are not accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately, as much as we love pets, Music at the Manor isn’t pet friendly. We are unable to allow animals onsite unless they are assistance dogs.
There will be parking at the event, this will be different to our standard day time offer. Closer to the event we will send out parking information.
