Tickets
You will need to make sure you are able to present your e-ticket at the gate on a suitable mobile device to gain entry to the event. Car park passes must be booked in advance.
Travel
There may be additional security checks or traffic as a result of this event. Please plan your journey accordingly and leave plenty of time to park your vehicle and access the arena.
ID
Please bring valid Photographic ID with you to this event due to the “Challenge 25” alcohol policy. Acceptable ID is either Passport, UK Driving Licence, or ID with Pass logo. All alcohol sales are at the discretion of the licensee.
Weather
This is an outdoor event and will still proceed in the event of bad weather. Please ensure you have suitable footwear and clothing if the weather forecast suggests adverse weather is likely.
Bag Policy
For security reasons, we are unable to allow any bags in to the event which exceed 40x20x25cm. If you need to bring a bag or item(s) larger than this for medical or other similar reasons please contact the event organisers at events@ashcott.international at least 30 days prior to the event. Please note there is no cloakroom at this event. Your bag(s) may be searched to ensure the safety of all guests.
Prohibited Items
Do not bring anything that could be considered a weapon. Do not bring aerosols, airhorns, megaphones, gas canisters, psychoactive substances aka ‘legal’ highs, paper lanterns or glass items. These will be confiscated upon entry and not returned. Do not bring any type of pyrotechnics such as fireworks, flares or smoke bombs. It is illegal for a persons to let off the firework, flare or smoke bomb in a public place. Do not bring an umbrella to the event. Do not arrive with any form of professional audio or visual recording equipment. Do not bring furniture of any kind. Do not bring picnic blankets. Do not bring food and drink into the event. This event has a zero tolerance policy with regards to drugs or alcohol misuse. At the discretion of the event organisers, you may be asked to leave the event and will not be permitted re-entry.
Re-Entry
Re-entry to the event is at the sole discretion of the event organisers.

Last entry to the event is 20:00pm.
Pets / Animals
Please do not bring pets or animals to the event, with the exception of guide or hearing dogs.
Seating / Accessibilty
This is a standing event. No seating is provided although an accessible viewing platform will be provided for disabled guests, and stewards will be on hand to assist. If you require special assistance, or access to the viewing platform, please contact the event organisers at events@ashcott.international at least 30 days prior to the event.
Refreshments
A range of refreshments will be provided at this event including (but not limited to) alcohol, soft drinks, street food etc.
Toilets
Toilet facilities (including accessible) will be located around the arena.

Tickets are non-transferrable. Please contact customerservices@gigantic.com or call 0115 807 7900. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser, and additional expenses travel/hotel costs and any other expenses associated with the event are unable to be reimbursed.
