PLANNING FOR THE WEATHER
The concert takes place in Clifton Park, which is an open air green-field site. It has some limited pavement and tarmac paths on the peripheral entrances and exits, however most of the space consists of grass and green space. It is a predominantly open-air event so we would advise all attendees to be prepared for the unpredictable and increasingly adverse British summer weather. Prepare for rain and mud or heat and dust by bringing layers and packable clothing / provisions such as waterproof coats, hats, sunglasses and sun cream. Ground conditions are also weather dependent; if we experience extreme weather the ground may become muddy and the grass may well get churned up, or may dry out unevenly, so appropriate footwear is advised.
WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?
There will be a number of official merchandise outlets located inside the venue. We would advise against purchasing any unofficial merchandise outside the venue.
WHAT IS THE ROTHERHAM PSPO?
The Rotherham PSPO prohibits certain activities within the designated restricted area of Rotherham Town Centre and Clifton Park, outside of licensed events and premises. These include harassing behaviour, unsolicited face-to-face fundraising and marketing, allowing dogs off the leash (except within a specific designated area), littering, public urination or defecation (except in designated public toilets), spitting, and consuming alcohol outside licensed premises or events. We request that anyone going to the show pays head to this on their way to, and from the event.
